If there is any revision or cessation of the product ordered by Customer, RFP may ship products which have functionality similar to the products ordered, but there may be differences in the specifications or brand between what was shipped and what was ordered. Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time and without notice.
7. RETURN POLICIES

All exchanges and returns must be made within twelve (12) months of purchase, in writing, and require a Return Authorization number which can be obtained through the Submit A Request Link or by sending a message through the Contact Us Link or by fax at 770-338-9220. Return requests for non-stocking items returned after the 90-day period will be reviewed and an analysis performed to determine demand by RFP in its sole discretion and may be declined.
