Castrol Synthetic Polyol Ester Lubricant (POE) is specifically formulated for mobile a/c systems. It's unique chemistry allows it to be used in either R12 or R134a systems. For use in factory fill or retrofit applications. Castrol's POE is approved by automotive compresssor OEM's and is formulated with a proprietary additive package that requires no different handling, safety or disposal precautions than conventional mineral oil. It is compativle with R12 and R134a refrigerant, Neoprene and HNBR o'rings, and XH5, XH7 and XH9 desiccant. Ester oil is fully miscible with conventional refrigerant oils.
