How do I purchase online training?
- Select the lesson you want from
our List
Of Courses page.
- Click Buy.
- Provide Driver and payment info.
- You will be given a User ID and Access Key.
The User ID and Access Key are all you need to begin your training
lesson.

| What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Ameican Express
and with established accounts, we accept Net 30 Payment Terms.
To get Net 30 payment terms please print and complete our credit
application form. Fax the form to 770-338-9220.

When can I begin a lesson I have purchased?
Drivers can begin lessons immediately after
the lesson order is placed. Drivers only need the User ID and
Access Key to begin.

| How can I obtain a certificate for the lessons I complete?
Driver certificates are available for printing after course completion. To print certificates please log in to the Driver Records site using the same DriverID and AccessKey used to attend lesson(s).

Will the User ID and
password I used to purchase lessons work to attend the lessons?
No, your User ID and Password are used to
purchase lessons and other products and services on-line.
Once a lesson is purchased you are given a UserName and
Access Key. The UserName and Access Key are needed to enter and begin the lesson.

Are my User ID and password case
sensitive?
Yes, both your User ID and Password are
case sensitive. If you need to reset
login information,
go to the Forgot My
Password
page and provide the email address that you entered during registration.
We will email your User ID and reset your Password.

| Why can't I log in to begin my training?
The Driver ID and Access Key are required to log-in and begin a lesson.
Driver ID and Access Key were supplied when the lesson was purchased. It displayed in the confirmation screen and sent to the email address provided.

Why can't I log in to Ryder
Fleet Products on-line?
There could be several reasons why you
can't login to your account. Here are some common reasons:
- User ID is different from the one
you registered with. Note: User Id is case sensitive.
- Password is different from the one
you registered with. Password is case sensitive.
- Wrong User ID and Password Combination.
- You are not registered on our site. Go to the Registration page to register.
- If you can't remember your Login Information
please visit the Forgot My Password page
to retrieve your user id and reset your password.

| How can I retrieve my User ID or password if I can't remember them?
If you cannot remember how you entered your
login information, go to the Forgot
My Password page and provide the email address that you entered
during registration. We will email you your user id and reset password.

| Taking Lessons |

| How do I begin taking a
lesson?
After you purchase a lesson, the confirmation screen shows all the information need to begin. - Click the link
- Enter your ID and Access Key
- Click enter.
A menu will appear and the lesson(s) you have purchased will be colored blue. Select the lesson, and your lesson will begin. A lesson is broken up into segments that can be paged through by pressing the Next button, located on the lower right portion of the screen, is the interface panel. Lessons will prompt you to click the Next button at the appropriate time. Progress through the lesson, and answer the questions until the lesson is complete.

| How can I view the progress of lessons
and print Certificates of Achievement for completed lessons?
Click this link to pro.tread1.net, enter the DriverID and Access Key. Click on the "Generate Reports" graphic. You will see a list lessons purchased and date completed.
Completed lessons will have a "Certificate" button to the right side. Click the Certificate button to view the certificate. To print the certificate, right click and select print, or hold the Ctrl button and press P. A color printer will produce the best results.

| Will my computer work well
with your on-line lessons?
Most modern PCs and Macs will display our
on-line lessons well. Your computer should have at least a Pentium II 450 Processor
and a minimum of 96Mb RAM.
Flash Player must be installed on your computer to view the online training content (free download).

| What if I can't hear anything during a lesson?
Check volume and speaker or headphone connections. If the connections are secure, close extra applications you may have open. If audio still isn’t playing download most recent drivers for your soundcard. Directions for download can be found on the materials provided by your soundcard manufacturer.
