How do I place an online order?
  1. Use the Product Search to find your desired products. Enter quantity, select items and click Add Items To Cart Button.
  2. Click View Shopping Cart at top right of screen at any time. Review Order contents and click Secure Checkout. Confirm any availability questions and click OK. Choose shipping address in the drop down box or select Create New Address and enter it.
  3. Click continue to proceed to payment options. Payment options vary by account. If Invoice My Account is chosen, enter purchase order and click Continue to finish order. If credit card is chosen select a Saved Card or a New Card and click continue. Enter billing details for the credit card and click Purchase Now to finish order.
We also accept orders by telephone at 1-800-759-6479 or by fax at 770-338-9220.

How can I find my part numbers on the site?

Our Product Search will allow you to find products using:

  1. Part Number Search - Choose PART NUMBER in the Search Type box. Enter part of the number (the prefix and space are not needed here). The resulting page lists all numbers matching your entry. For more results enter fewer characters, for less results enter more characters.
  2. Keyword Search - Choose KEYWORD in the Search Type box, enter a word or two. The resulting page lists all the products we offer with those words in the description. Example - Enter the word paint and see all the colors we offer.
  3. Cross Reference Search - Choose CROSS REFERENCE in the Search Type box, enter a competitor number. The result is our number for that part. Of course you should check the results for consistency. If you have suggestions of brand to add here let us know.
  4. Category Drill Down - If you click on Products on the top bar you will be presented with a list of all our categories. Choosing one will result in a display of all the sub-categories under that group. This will finally lead to a list of products offered in that group. You will also see price and availability! Example - To find all gloves we offer choose Products, then Safety and Compliance, then Personal Safety, then Gloves. Select Cut Resistant Gloves and you will be presented with a priced list with small image and availability!
  5. Manufacturer Name Search - Choose MANUFACTURER in the Search Type box and enter the name. Example - DAYCO will result in all of our Dayco belts, tensioners, hoses an related products.
  6. Quick Order - This one is for Power Users only. Quick Order is quick and powerful but you must enter the complete prefix and product number exact. It is great when re-ordering from an invoice. This function allows the entry of three and later six numbers at once. Example -A complete product number includes the PREFIX, SPACE and NUMBER, like CEC 199.

How do I use Purchasing Lists?
Registered users can use two types of Purchasing Lists:
  1. My Frequent Purchasing Lists - Created by users and only displayed to the user who created it.
  2. My Orders Purchasing Lists - Created automatically when orders are placed online.
To Buy Items from a Purchasing List:
Go to the My Frequent Purchases or My Orders page. Select an order or a list, enter quantity desired, select item(s) and click on the Buy Selected Items button. You may also select Buy All Items to put all the items on the list in your shopping cart. Next you can continue shopping if you desire. You must procede through checkout to finish the order.


How do I create/update My Frequent Purchases List(s)?

Go to the My Frequent Purchases page and create a new list by entering a list name. You can modify an existing personal shopping list by clicking on View List. You can then add, delete and update items in the list. These lists are personal and can only be viewed by you.
You can also add items to a list from in the search results or product detail pages.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and with qualified accounts, we accept Net 30 Payment Terms. To get Net 30 payment terms please print and submit this credit application form. You must also place an order to get billing terms.

How can I get additional information about a product?

Our product detail page offers information about many products. For additional details please click on the part number.


How can I obtain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on the products I purchase?

Many MSDS documents are available for download on our product pages. Other MSDS documents are available upon request. To request MSDS information please go to the Contact Us page.


 
Shipping and Freight
 

Will I incurr shipping charges on orders placed?

When will my order be shipped?

For established customers, orders placed on in-stock items will ship the same day if received prior to 3:00 pm EST. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will ship the next business day. First time orders require more time for processing. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.


Can you ship priority-air orders?

Yes. Next Day Air orders placed for available items will be expedited if received early enough. We understand the need to receive urgent orders and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Our check-out pages allow customer to select Next Day Air. Customers will pay shipping charges on Priority/Next Day Air orders.


Where will my order ship from?

In-stock products are shipped from points determined by ship to location and availability. Our facilities are located in;

  • Lawrenceville, GA
  • Reading, PA
  • Santa Fe Springs, CA
Some products are shipped direct from the manufacturers.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Locations?

Yes we do ship to all 3 APO/FPO locations - AA, AE and AP.

Logging In
 
Are my User ID and/or password case sensitive?

Yes, both your User ID and Password are case sensitive. If you cannot remember how you entered your login information, go to the Forgot My Password page and provide the email address that you entered during registration. We will email your user id and reset password.


Why can't I log in?
    There could be several reasons why you can't login to your account. Here are some common reasons:
  1. Username is different from the one you registered with. Note: User Id is case sensitive.
  2. Password is different from the one you registered with. Password is case sensitive.
  3. Wrong Username and Password Combination.
  4. You are not registered on our site. Go to the Registration page to register.
  5. If you can't remember your Login Information please visit the Forgot My Password page to retrieve your user id and reset your password.

I can't remember my login name or password.

If you cannot remember how you entered your login information, go to the Forgot My Password page and provide the email address that you entered during registration. We will email you your user id and reset password.

Do you setup National Accounts?

Yes. Depending on your fleet size and annual spend you may be eligible for special terms and pricing. A Sales Representative can contact you to discuss this.


How can I have a sales representative contact me?

Do you provide special quotes?

Yes, we do on larger purchaes. You can submit your parts list for review. Please Contact Us or call Customer Service at 1-800-759-6479 Monday through Friday 7am through 6 pm EST.


 
Updating your Account
 
How do I update my contact information?

Once you are logged-in to the site, go the My Profile page and make your changes. Some fields must be changed by RFP staff.


How do I change my shipping addresses?

Once you are logged-in to the site, go to the My Profile page. Click on the Change Ship-To Data button and add, update or delete your shipping addresses.


How do I change my password?

Once you are logged-in to the site, go to the My Profile page. Click on the Change Password button. You need to enter your old password and confirm your new password twice in order to make a change. You can also update your fax, business phone or email address.


 
How do I update my credit card information?

Once you are logged in to the site, go to the My Profile page. Click on the Update Credit Card Information button. Select the saved credit card you want to update and make your changes. This can also be accomplished while placing an order.


 
Registering
 
How do I register?

Complete the required information on our Registration and submit it to us. You are immediately ready to order with a credit card! If you want a billing account please submit this credit application. You must also place an order to get billing status.


Do I need a RyderFleetProducts account number to register?

No you do not need an RyderFleetProducts account number to register. If you are a new customer, you will be assigned an RyderFleetProducts Customer Number. If you are an existing customer and cannot remember you RyderFleetProducts account number, we will look that up based on your name, company and address.


How do I establish an account with RyderFleetProducts?

You can establish an account with Ryder Fleet Products by registering online and placing an order. To register online, go the Registration Page. Submit the page with your information and you are ready to order.
