Bungee Straps and Chain  Our rugged EPDM rubber tarp straps bungee straps are made of the highest quality rubber to withstand tough weather conditions. Our EPDM rubber tarp straps bungee straps stretch to approximately 11.2 times their original length. Extra reinforcement at the hook areas promotes safety and long life. Zinc-plated steel hooks. Ideal for heavy-duty strapping jobs. Great care must be taken to avoid accidents from stretching tarp straps. Slipping or breaking tarp straps when pulling them toward the face accounts for lots of driver injuries. Our tarp straps and bungee straps are assembled with two 2 1/2" s-hooks. Tarp straps should be replaced before they degrade. Even the highest quality tarp straps and bungee straps are subject to loss of tensile strength and should never be streched beyond the limit. Sudden rupture of tarp straps and bungee straps or disconnect from anchor while tarp straps and bungee straps are in a stretched position can cause serious injuries. Wear safety glasses when using tarp straps and bungee straps and during tie down and disconnect. Tarp straps and bungee straps are not to be substituted as a primary tie down device for load. Always inspect tarp straps and bungee straps before each use and discard them cut, cracked or abraided. Max safe stretch: 50% of length of rubber strap.

Ratchet Strap Assemblies  SpanSet's Ratchet Strap Tiedown assemblies give the operator total control of the load both during load securement and release. Our Ratchet Strap Assemblies allow much higher pre-tension to be applied during initial load securement, allowing a fine adjustment for greater pre-tension. Dual control release on our ABS Ratchet Strap Assemblies system allow release of the pre-tension step by step, one "notch" at a time, to ensure stability of the load prior to final release.
