Ryder Fleet Products is the leading provider of truck cooling systems. We offer quality cooling systems for your semi, light, medium, heavy duty and trailer truck needs. Our stock coolant hoses, fans, hubs, and thermostats are perfect fit for your trucks cooling system needs. We can assist in cross-references, application guides, pricing for your cooling systems. We carry quality truck cooling systems from Breeze, Dayco Products, and Purosil Hose.

Coolant Hose Bulk Coolant Hose Bulk  We offer bulk coolant hose from Dayco and Purosil in many lengths. The most popular bulk coolant is 3/4 and 5/8 inch heater hose. We offer bulk coolant hose in fabric reinforced EPDM rubber and also in silicone. Bulk coolant hose is used as a connection between the radiator and the block and the heater core and other components in the cooling system. This hose provides high burst strength and resistance to breaks and buckling at connections. Another important use for bulk coolant hose is to maintain full flow of coolant for engine protection.

Coolant Hose Molded Coolant Hose Molded  Most vehicles on the road today require molded coolant hoses which are used to carry coolant between the radiator and the engine block. These molded coolant hoses are curved at the factory to fit specific applications. Because of parts' consolidation, many have cut-off marks showing where to cut the molded coolant hose to fit a number of applications. The molded coolant hose manufacturer's catalog will reference the marks to use, or will note that the hose must be cut to fit. Some hoses are molded to fit specific applications, while others may include special wire spines that allow them to be formed into various shapes. Molded shapes often are necessary for routing coolant hose in crowded engine compartments.

Fans, Hubs, Controls Fans, Hubs, Controls  Viscous fan drives are the economical choice for efficiency, performance and quiet operation. BorgWarner fan drives offer the latest in engineering innovations, including fully modulating, cost-effective fan drives that control fan speed in direct proportion to engine cooling needs. The Kysor on off fan drive assemble provides substantially more torque. In fact, it has been proven to have the most dynamic torque capacity in the market. Fans Hubs and Controls get higher performance which translates into more power to the engine. Unlike the competition, the Kysor fan clutch is easily serviced due to its modular design. There is no need to remove the assembly since the clutch can simply be removed from the hub. Less time results in substantially reduced maintenance costs.

Radiators and Related Radiators and Related  A radiator is a type of heat exchanger. Radiators are designed to transfer heat from the hot coolant in the vehicle's engine to the air blown through it by the fan. These radiators are made by brazing thin aluminum fins to flattened aluminum tubes. The coolant flows from radiator's the inlet to the outlet through many tubes mounted in a parallel arrangement. The radiator fins conduct the heat from the tubes and transfer it to the air flowing through the radiator.

Thermostats Thermostats  We offer thermostats from AC Delco, Motorcraft and Stant. The thermostat's main job is to control the flow of coolant through the engine. The thermostat closes to allow the engine to heat up quickly. Next the thermostat will open to allow coolant to flow for cooling the engine. The thermostat acts as a temperature manager working to to keep the engine at a constant temperature. It does this by regulating the amount of water that goes through the radiator. At low temperatures, the outlet to the radiator is completely blocked -- all of the coolant is recirculated back through the engine. Most thermostats aim for 180 or 195 F.

Water Pumps Water Pumps  Our water pumps from Motorcraft and AC Delco provide a simple but crucial function. The water pump uses a centrifugal pump driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine. The pump circulates fluid whenever the engine is running. The water pump uses centrifugal force to send fluid to the outside while it spins, causing fluid to be drawn from the center continuously. The inlet to the pump is located near the center so that fluid returning from the radiator hits the pump vanes. The pump vanes fling the fluid to the outside of the pump, where it can enter the engine. The fluid leaving the pump flows first through the engine block and cylinder head, then into the radiator and finally back to the pump.
